Once you do decide to come to dance, you may initially feel lost. This is a normal feeling, as anything that takes people away from their normal schedule can shake it up a bit. The good news is that it’s definitely possible for new and returning dancers to get back up to speed, even after a hiatus. remember if you are feeling a bit apprehensive you can always bring a friend. together you can feel a little silly for the first few classes.
